Field Service Support

Field service kits and work instructions are available to support common service tasks to help extend the HD Multi SeaCam's field service life. Access to Field Service Guides requires registration on our help site and access approval for your organization by our Support team. Please submit a ticket or contact us as support@deepsea.com to inquire about field service. 

Firmware Updates

Firmware for the IP version of the HD Multi SeaCam can be downloaded by clicking the icon labeled "Downloads" above. Be sure to save your unit's settings in a settings file using the web-UI prior to updating firmware as the imaging and configuration settings will change to a default state after completion. The unit may also return to its factory IP settings and login credentials that it was delivered with.
